Fantastic service. My Subaru wagon had an awful rattle under the car. I took it to the dealer to get fixed and they quoted me $2000+. The dealer said that while the piece causing the rattle was inexpensive, they could only order it as part of a set of parts that included a new catalytic converter. Ackerman's fixed the problem for $170.

I've taken my Volvos to Ackerman's for 10+ years for ever service and any repairs. Bruce and his team are exceptional! A shout out to Adam who's meticulous and leaves my car running smoothly every time. They keep me up to date with general maintenance, and any future work I may need. They're honest and really great to work with. I highly recommend this shop!

Car came in for big end crank seal. Still minor dripping going on but I'd say 99% less. Replaced temp gage, looks like it was there since new. (1800S) That was a job I never wanted to tackle. Had vent intake grill replaced, I never knew it was so wrong all these years (31) All proper parts sourced and installed, water drains as it should, looks normal now. Another job I'd never touch, Bruce and his crew got it down proper. Car was a big hit at Tiburon Car Show on 6-20-2015.

I wish I had known about Ackerman's years ago so I could have had my Volvo serviced there. I was completely satisfied with my experience, the personal attention, friendliness and politeness of everyone and the work done. More work was needed than I expected but then my car is 15 years old and hadn't been serviced for quite some time. I really appreciated being picked up at home when my car was ready.
