First timer at Ackerman's, but was very pleased. Bruce Ackerman seems like a kind, competent businessman. My Volvo antenna needed to be replaced. Bruce said there would be no charge for labor. I was out of there in what seemed like moments. Definitely will come back when I need my next Volvo service.

In the managers absence I got a real sense of how the place was run. The men were cheerful. Unstressed, and very polite. I was given a clear picture of what needed to be done, and the car drives like it was five years younger.
