I went into Ackerman's for a servicing of my Subaru Outback 2008. As a brand new customer, I was really impressed by their professionalism, their politeness, the fact that they got the job done at the specified time and even sent a car to bring me back to the workshop, and did not add extraneous charges by claiming that "this filter looks worn down" or "that pipe probably needs replacing if you are to preserve the life of the car". Bruce complimented me on how well-kept my car is and sent me on my merry way. I had a great experience and will certainly return.
