It has been my experience that Bruce, who is an independent businessman in the automotive servicing industry, gives his customers the personal interest and attention one does not usually find at big dealerships. And, judging from the excellent health of my Subaru Outback, runs an operation with highly skilled automotive technicians who know what they're doing. Certainly makes me feel safe driving my car and confident in the service it has received.

i very much appreciate the service at Volvo Ackermann. the fact that I had to come by three times to replace the side mirror (wrong mirror delivered three times) was nonetheless cumbersome. i recommend a closer follow up with the customer. it's a great garage with great people.
