What I like most about Ackerman's: Your friendliness, politeness, interesting conversations; your intimate office with clean chairs, biscotti, fish tank, the New York Times, and classical music; proximity to my home and rides to and from work all the way in the Oakland Hills; your ability to diagnose mysterious vehicular irregularities as well as the usual stuff; your efficient and expedient work; your 5% contribution to a favorite cause of mine; your perfect fairness, generosity, and trustworthiness since my first appointment with you March 19, 2010, I think.
