Ackerman's Shop has a good crew, I brought my 1995 Volvo 960 sedan to Ackerman's, shop for the information I needed to make a decision to repair my Volvo, which is paid for; or trade it in on a new car. I had already looked at several new cars, my car has 160.000 miles, It just did not make any financial sense to let a good car go. All I need to do is take care of what I already own.

Very professional service! I needed a replacement for my Volvo side mirror and made an appointment to bring my car to Ackerman's. Bruce let me know he'd call me with an estimate, and that I could choose a new or used part. Later that day he gave me an estimate for a used part and let me know I could pick my car up the next day. When he called me to pick it up, he told me they managed to find a used part for cheaper than they expected and cut my cost by about 40%. Would recommend!
