The check engine light came on my car, took it to two different shops and 2k costs later, the engine light came back on. Got a suggestion to take my car here, and within hours they were able to diagnose the problem. They were able to get the problem fixed that same day at a reasonable price. They also fixed my driver side sun visor and the folding latch for my third row seat. Very quick service and staff was very nice and accomodating. Although the drive in and out is during rush hour, still wouldnt hesitate to take my car back here for any future services.

Bruce did a great job with my Subaru. I brought it in for a regular service at 70,000+, but when Bruce told me I’d missed my 60,000 mile service and could get it done that day I was grateful. My car is very happy !

We were recently told by a Subaru service center that our Impreza's front brakes needed repair and that due to "a groove" on the rotor", both needed replacement. Their quote was over $900. Called Ackerman's and Bruce quoted $760. After bringing the car in, Bruce took a quick look and was confident only the pads needed replacement. Total was less than $300; saving us over $600! Thanks Bruce!
