I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I was charged for an initial diagnosis that turned out to be incorrect. Based on that diagnosis, they performed a repair—mostly software-related work—that cost over $1,000 on my 2012 vehicle. Unfortunately, the repair did not resolve the AWD issue at all. When I brought the car back and explained that the problem was still present, I was then told that I would need a new rear differential for approximately $9,000 and that it would be better to sell the car. At no point was reimbursement or accountability offered for the incorrect diagnosis or the ineffective repair. What adds to the frustration is that they continue sending automated requests asking me to leave a review, despite not even correctly recording my name or vehicle information during service. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.
