Bruce Ackerman is incredibly conscientious, and he and his team at Ackerman Volvo have consistently come through for us when we need help with our Volvo! Bruce recently tracked down a side mirror for our station wagon which is no longer manufactured - - a project which took many phone calls and a lot of persistence -- and he kept us updated all along the way. He has been there for us for many years. He is just the best!
