Ackerman's is a local gem. It's wonderful place to bring your car for servicing and/or problems. These days it is rare to find such a shop, particularly a car repair shop, that provides such personal attention. They are kind and responsible, knowledgable, talented and patient. They have an expert crew.. Adam,who helped me, spent a long time patiently and expertly explaining to me the rather unusual problem with my car. Bruce Ackerman helpfully answered my questions too and was understanding about my schedule needs. Ackerman's is responsive with scheduling, patiently understanding their client's needs and time schedule. These days, with our computerized world, it is a treat to find such a place.
