Berkeley Auto Repair

Fast, efficient, and very straightforward about the challenges of fixing an older model Volvo. Finished the work in record time.

Excellent. As always.

Been taking my car here for many years. Excellent customer service and repairs-always. Very reasonable prices. Incredibly nice folks. I really like supporting Ackermans as a result. Before Ackermans I always dreaded taking my car in for maintenance/repairs. Now, I don't mind at all and always feel good about my experience.

Ackermans is by far the cleanest, gentlest, nicest, kindest, most wonderful experience of automotive service I've ever encountered or can imagine.

Friendly/knowledgable/reasonable.

Bruce is always so accommodating. I appreciate that he understands how much I need my car to work! I also appreciated the lift to my appointment after I dropped the car off. Really helpful.

Top professional service, as usual...bolsters my confidence another notch.

I have been coming to Ackerman's for over two years and have always gotten top notch, really fast, reasonably priced service. I recommend them to anyone who needs Volvo or Subaru service and they will get my business as long as I own a car. A very satisfied customer, Andrew j. Ataie

Always fast service, reasonable rates especially for European cars.

They are so kind and honest! I will definitely come again.
