The Volvo Club of America (VCOA)
The Volvo Club of America (VCOA) is a national organization of owners
and enthusiasts of all Volvo models, from the historic through the
latest offerings. Our membership exemplifies this diversity - we own
Volvos from the 1930's right up to the S40 and V40, S60, V70, and S80
models. Active groups of PV, 122 Amazon, 1800, 140/164, 200, 700, and
900 series enthusiasts share their experiences with the new model
owners.
The club was founded in 1982 by seven avid Volvo owners with a desire to
create a club to serve all Volvo owners and enthusiasts. The goals of
the club are to foster Volvo maintenance, restoration, safety, driving
enjoyment, and member camaraderie. The club is organized as a
not-for-profit corporation.
